THE FOUNDING CHARTER ·

You meant to do this the moment the year started.

Maybe it's a business that's only ever existed as a note on your phone. Maybe it is the one you are already running, with invoices still going out by hand, leads dying in a spreadsheet, and nothing following up unless you remember to. Either way, this year was supposed to be the year it changed, and it still can be. A limited number of founders and owners get in at the founding rate while we build our first round of documented case studies. There is no shared start date to wait for, and twenty slots remain.

Nothing was wrong with the goal.

Long enough has passed to know the problem wasn't motivation. You wanted this then and you still want it now, and that part has held up. It applies either way: to a business that does not exist yet, or to one that exists but still runs on your memory instead of a system. What never arrived was the part where it works without you carrying every piece of it: the offer written down, the site up, the payment link live, the follow-up happening whether or not you remembered to do it.

That gap has a shape, and it's usually the same one. The plan you were working from, or the way you have been running things day to day, was built for someone with limitless discipline and free evenings. You're a specific person with a specific wiring, and the work that fights your nature is exactly the work that stalled. Another six months of trying harder produces the same result, because effort was never the missing input.

What building it looks like.

One Blueprint Professional Profile, one build, and a working system at the end of it, scheduled around your calendar.

  1. 01

    You're profiled

The Founder Blueprint maps how you're actually wired, and the Strategy Session turns it into a venture plan — the model that fits how you work, the offer it should lead with, and the parts most likely to trip it up designed around in advance.

  2. 02

    Kickoff, on your calendar

Once you're accepted, we book your kickoff call within about a week. There is no shared start date to wait for and no batch to fill first. Your build begins when you are ready.

  3. 03

    Weeks of building

Brand essentials, site, offer, payment rails, CRM, and the automation stack that carries the work you would otherwise avoid, or do badly at 11pm. You approve; you don't assemble. The backend, the part that actually takes and tracks money, comes first.

  4. 04

    Live within seven weeks

A business, new or modernized, that takes money and follows up while you sleep. In writing: live within seven weeks of your kickoff call, or we keep building at no charge until it is.

What a founding slot includes.

The founding rate is open while we build our first set of published case studies. Every slot also carries your Venture Operating System at the charter rate for a full year. That is the part that keeps the business running long after the build is finished.

Foundation gets the working backend live fastest. Complete and Premium add more site, more automation, and a second revenue path. Ultra is the full quarter.

    Every slot carries

      What we ask in return

Most of our founding clients end up liking this part. You get a professionally produced write-up of your own business you can hand to partners, lenders, or your next big client — and being one of the first names we point to tends to send work back your way. We never publish anything confidential. Your numbers, your customers, your margins, your suppliers and anything else sensitive stay private. You see and approve every word before it goes anywhere, and you can pull it at any time.

When this is the wrong thing to buy

        Don't apply

        • You are looking to be talked out of the doubt instead of built through it.
        • You can't clear roughly three hours a week during the build.
        • Your idea needs regulatory approval, outside capital, or hardware before it can sell anything.
        • Your business already has a working CRM, payment rails, and an automation stack that does the job. This is here to build what you do not have yet, and redoing what already works is a waste of your money.
        • You'd rather nobody knew you were working with anyone.

        Do apply

        • The idea has been sitting in a note for a while and you still believe in it — or you're running the business already and know exactly which parts are held together by memory.
        • You can fund a build at these prices without borrowing against something you can't afford to lose.
        • You're willing to have the build documented with your name on it.
        • You want the operating backend live and taking money, even before everything else is polished.

        Take a slot.

Pick the tier that fits and reserve it, or send your details over first and we'll come back with a straight read on what your build would involve.

Either way you'll answer a few questions about your business so we arrive already knowing what we're building. Nothing is charged until you choose a tier and confirm.

        Straight answers.

Why is the rate lower right now?

Because these are our founding clients, and the work we do together becomes the case studies we build the rest of the business on. That's worth something to us, so we've priced it accordingly. Your first year of Venture Operating System comes at the charter rate as well, which is the larger part of what a founding slot is worth. When these slots are gone, the rate goes with them.

Will the founding rate come back?

Not at this number. We need a first documented round once. When these slots are built and published, the case studies do that job permanently and the reason for the rate is gone.

        Is the slot count real?

It is a real cap on how many builds we can run well at once rather than a marketing device. The counter on each tier is updated by hand as slots commit, whether they are claimed by application or by an instant purchase. When a tier fills, its buy button and its option in the apply form both close, and the remaining tiers stay open until they fill too.

Why the questions before I reserve a slot?

So the work starts properly. Knowing your industry, your stage and what you actually need means your kickoff call begins with the real conversation instead of twenty minutes of background. It also lets us tell you early if a different tier fits better than the one you picked.

I don't know if my idea is any good, or whether my business even needs this.

That's what the Strategy Session is for, and it happens before you commit to a build. Sometimes the honest read is that the idea needs reshaping, or that your business needs one system fixed rather than a full rebuild. You'll get that answer from us either way.

What if I miss this one?

Take the free test anyway. The Professional Profile is yours regardless, and the ladder starts at zero: the Discovery test, then the Blueprint, then a session. None of that requires a founding slot.

There's still enough of this year left to build something real. There's already been enough time to think about it.
