Team Blueprint
Every person on the team profiled privately. Leadership receives a composite map showing where strengths sit and where the friction is.
Some popular debriefs run $2,000–8,000 per session with per-person fees of $60–250 on top, and hand back a colour and a chart. This hands back a friction forecast and named automation candidates, because the point is designing the work, not labelling the people.
Not included: facilitation. This is the report and the readout, not a workshop. If you want the room worked, that is the Org Design Session.

Org Design Session
The Blueprint, plus a half day in the room redrawing roles and workflows around the people you actually have.
Facilitated org sessions usually start from your existing org chart and the room's opinion of it. This one starts from a measured baseline of how the people in the room actually work, and ends with a written design rather than a set of flip-chart photographs.
Not included: building the systems. You leave with the written design; installing it is the Rewire.

Org Rewire Complete
Diagnosis, design and installation as one piece of work, then measured again ninety days later to show what moved.
A transformation engagement of this scope from a consultancy runs well past this figure, and typically stops at the recommendation. This one ships the systems and measures them again at ninety days.
Not included: ongoing operation. Running and improving the stack after handover is the Venture Operating System.

Can we start small?
Yes. Team Blueprint is a real entry point, not a teaser, so you can see the quality of the thinking before committing to a Rewire.
Will this be used to cut staff?
No. The instrument is never used for hiring, firing, promotion or discipline, and that is written into our terms. Individual results go only to the individual. Leadership sees the composite.
Do we need to change tools?
That is your call. We build the system around what already works for you, keep what holds up, and tell you plainly when something does not.
What happens after handover?
The systems are yours and documented. Some layers run on third-party platforms that carry their own contracts and hold their own data, so how portable each part is varies by tool — we set that out before anything is built, not after. If you want the stack run and improved, the Venture Operating System covers that monthly.
