Each one below says what you get and what you do not. If part of the work sits outside what you are buying, you read that here rather than find it on the first invoice. Where we know what the same work costs elsewhere, that number is on the page too.
Team Blueprint
Everyone on your team takes the Founder Blueprint on their own. Each person gets their own result, and nobody else sees it. You get one map of your whole team. It shows where two of your people are strong in the same way, and where nobody is strong at all. That second kind of gap is the one that costs you. The work still has to get done, so one of your people picks it up by accident and carries it badly.
A team debrief of this kind runs $2,000–8,000 for the session, plus $60–250 for each person in the room. What comes back is a color and a chart. Here you also get a list of the work your software could be doing instead of one of your people. We mark the places your team is going to jam up, so you see them coming. We are hired to redesign your work. A label on your people changes nothing about who does what on Monday.
Not included: time in the room with your team. What you get is the written report and one call to walk your leaders through it. A session in the room is the Org Design Session.

Org Design Session
You get everything in the Team Blueprint. Then we spend half a day in the room with your team. We go through the work your business really does, one piece at a time. Then we put each piece against the person who suits it. What comes out is a new picture of who owns what, drawn around the people you have now rather than the org chart you drew last year.
Most sessions like this open with your org chart on the wall and the room's opinion of it. Ours opens with what the test already showed about the way your people work. You leave with a written design you can hand to the person on your team who has to act on it. What most rooms leave with is photos of a flip chart.
Not included: building it. The design is written down and handed to you. Putting it into your software is the Rewire.

Org Rewire Complete
We find what is wrong in your business, design the fix and build it, as one piece of work. Ninety days after your systems are running, we score your team again against the same baseline. That baseline is the first set of scores, taken before we touched anything. So you have a real number to compare against. You see what moved and what did not.
A firm taking on work this size will charge you that much or more, and will usually stop at the report. We build the systems into your business and leave them running. Then we come back at ninety days and score you again, so you are not taking our word for the result.
Not included: running it for you afterwards. Once the work is handed over, the day to day is yours. If you would rather we kept running it, that is the Venture Operating System.

AI Model Fit
We test which AI models and tools suit the work you actually do. We run that test on your own files and your own tasks, rather than on a public ranking. The test is a set of your real jobs with the right answer written down beside each one. A model gets marked the way you would mark it. New models keep arriving, so we keep checking. That way you are not still paying for the one that looked best last year.

Once your build is live, we keep it running. Your automations are watched and repaired, your posts go out, and each month adds new work at the higher tiers. It is billed monthly from the day your build goes live, and you can cancel any month. It runs a build we have done for you.

A La Carte: Smaller Pieces You Can Buy on Their Own
You can buy some of our work without a full build. A website on its own is paid in three stages, the same way your build would be. The smaller pieces cost you what they cost inside a build, and you pay for them in full when you book. If you are already building with us, an add-on joins the payment for the stage it falls in instead.
What people ask us before they buy.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The Team Blueprint is a whole piece of work on its own. You get a report you can act on even if you never buy anything else from us. It also lets you see how we think, long before you have to decide anything about a Rewire.
Will this be used to cut staff?
No. That promise is written into our terms, so you do not have to take our word for it. We never use it to hire or fire anyone on your team. We never use it to set what your people are paid, and never for promotions or discipline. Each person on your team gets their own result, and it goes to nobody else. You see the team picture, and nothing about any one of your people.
Do we need to change tools?
That is your call. If a tool is already working for you, we build around it. If one is holding you back, we will say so before we start rather than six weeks in.
What happens after handover?
The systems are yours, and we write down how they work, so you are never locked out of your own business. Some parts sit on other companies' platforms, with their own contracts and their own copy of your data. How easily you could move each part off varies. We tell you which is which before we build, while you can still change your mind. If you would rather we kept running it for you, that is the Venture Operating System, billed monthly.
