Let’s build a business
around the way you work.

We start with how you actually get through your week. A course will tell you what your week should look like. We would rather see the real one. Then we shape the business around what we find, and hand the jobs that drag on you to software. AI only gets a seat once we have found a job it does well for you.

Know what your AI
costs before the bill lands.

Most people find out what their AI cost when the bill lands. We count every request as it goes out, and we write down which job it belonged to. So you can see what your quoting tool cost last week, and what your inbox sorter cost you. If your spending starts to climb, you hear about it early. There is still budget left to do something about it.

The cheaper model
often does your job better.

Public leaderboards rank AI models on public problems. Your work is not a public problem. So we take real examples of your own work, mark what a right answer looks like, and run each model against them. You see which one is most accurate, which is quickest, and what each one costs per job. The test stays yours. When a new model comes out, you can run it against your own work in an afternoon.

The business you meant
to start this year.

You have carried this idea for most of the year. It only moves when you push it, and some weeks you cannot push. The Founding Charter builds you a business that keeps running through those weeks. Ten slots total, seven weeks from kickoff to live, at charter pricing.

The generic founder does not exist.

Most advice assumes you will turn into someone with more discipline than you have. You will not, and you do not need to. Build the business around the way you already work, and most of the discipline problem solves itself. Here is how that goes, in the order it happens.

It starts with the test

You answer a set of plain questions about how you work: how you decide, what you avoid, where your energy goes. The Blueprint Professional Profile reads your answers across ten traits, four drives and twelve strengths. It then names which of the eight founder archetypes you lead with. Nothing is graded and no answer is wrong. We are after an accurate picture of you rather than a flattering one.

Then we design the business

We take your Professional Profile and shape a business around it, rather than around how somebody else built theirs. That means a way of making money that suits how you decide. It means a price you can hold when you would rather not have that conversation. It means a shape of work you can keep up in an ordinary week. You leave knowing what the business does, what it charges, and why both of those fit you.

Then software takes the load

Every business has work that has to happen and nobody enjoys. You chase the money you are owed, book people in, send the invoice, and follow up when nobody replies. We put steady software behind that work, so it happens whether or not you feel like it. AI comes in only where it clearly earns a place in your week. Your Professional Profile decides what gets handed over first. The software covers the jobs you are most likely to let slide when you are busy.

Build the company around the people you already have.

These four pieces of work are for a company that already exists, with people already in it. Each one starts by giving everyone on your team the Founder Blueprint. Then we redraw who does what, and rebuild the software around what your team's Professional Profiles show. You can start with a map of your team. Or go all the way to a rewire of how your whole company runs.

Team Blueprint

Everyone on the team takes it in private. Their own result goes to them and to nobody else. You get one combined picture of your team: where the strengths sit, and where the work snags.

Org Design Session

We redraw who does what, and how the work moves between them, around the people you actually have. Jobs stop landing on whoever happens to be nearest.

Org Rewire Complete

The whole thing. Everyone takes the Blueprint, the roles get redrawn, and the software is built and running. Later we measure your company again, against the score we took at the start.

AI Model Fit

We test which AI models and tools do your work best, using your own examples rather than a guess.

Eight ways of working.
Yours is one of them.

An archetype is a short description of how you work when nobody is telling you what to do. It covers what you reach for first, what drains you, and the kind of business that suits you. It is not a personality label, and it is not a verdict on how able you are. Nobody is only one of them, and none of them outranks the rest. Yours is where we start, and your own business fills in the rest.

The Founding CharterFor the business you are still carrying around.

The Founding Charter is for the business you meant to start.

This is for you if you set out in January to get something of your own off the ground. You are still carrying the idea rather than running it, and most of the year has gone. What you need is a business that keeps running through the weeks you stall. Discipline alone was never going to carry it. Ten slots total across four tiers, seven weeks from kickoff to live.
